Phase 1: Strategy and Planning

A dedicated team of AEM Developers was assembled, including stakeholders from various departments within Mirum. This team conducted workshops to define the project scope, objectives, and roadmap.

Phase 2: Implementation

  • Custom Component Development: The team developed custom AEM components to meet specific functional requirements.
  • Deployment: The code and content were successfully deployed to Mirum’s UAT server and accepted.
  • Content Migration: A phased content migration strategy was implemented, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the business operations.

Phase 3: Training and Adoption

Component user training documents and videos were designed and delivered to content authors. Technical guide document was delivered to the developers.
